Welcome to Bliss in Chaos
Today i want to talk to you about stress.
Not just stress as you perceive it but the stress on our mind and body caused simply by living in a fast paced urban environment.
The city, in which we are bombarded with information, herded like cattle to go at a pace that is not sustainable, working all hours to tick boxes, fed fear based media dinners that stick us in a submissive state…
I could go on but i won’t, i’m sure you get what i’m talking about…
Though i did forget to mention that feeling you get when you're trying to order your coffee and the pressure is on, you're contemplating sipping something delightfully different … But the stream of harried irritable workers behind you are putting the pressure on, the machine behind the counter is ordering you to move quick, quicker, quicker, NOW… To the pick up point before you’ve even decided whether you want oat milk or almond milk today… So you opt for whatever you had yesterday… Because it's easy! And you don’t feel you have time to think!
This state of PERMASTRESS seems to have become the norm and vast numbers of us working and living in the city accept this as a our natural state.
We seem to have forgotten what its like to live in a state of EASE or BLISS (as i like to put it).
I know it’s easy to be in a state of BLISS when lounging on a beach or chilling in nature…. But to achieve this state in a STRESSFUL enviroment takes work and practice.
I’m not saying you need to be practicing obsessively,
I am saying you are responsible for your own health and happiness so start by taking just a few minutes out of your day for you…. BREATH, MOVE, MEDITATE.
I know through years of practicing Yoga, Calming and strengthing my nervous system and releasing learn’t patterns of behaviour in both my BODY AND MIND i’ve found more ease navigating the day to day CHAOS.
Which is why i want to share BLISS IN CHAOS techniques with you.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
